Where we come from

Two strong roots. One team.

Team HenQ was formed by joining forces of two established HSEQ organisations: V Safety Services (safety expertise, risk assessments, safety culture) and ISOLEASE (ISO management systems, audits, certification, accreditation).

The name HenQ stands for Health & Safety, Environment and Quality. It's also a tribute to Henk. Grandpa Henk. The grandfather who made it all possible years ago. So yes, that cape means something to us.

Instead of fine words, we focus on what really moves your organisation forward: clear advice, practical solutions and people who roll up their sleeves. Our goal is simple - to make HSEQ manageable, so you keep your organisation safe, compliant and ready for the future.

Our people

Experienced and battle-tested.

Our professionals operate at least at bachelor level, with most holding a university degree. They come from legal, environmental, safety and (process) engineering backgrounds.

From the field, not the textbook

You'll find us in energy & renewables, construction and (petro)chemical sectors, as well as manufacturing, education and government.
